Revenue Operations Lead

 Description

• Partner Onboarding and Auditing • Manage the onboarding process for new partners through our JIRA process and work closely with 3rd parties and internal teams. • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and data integrity. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to incorrect data implementation and tracking. • Data Integrity and Analytics • Collaborate with Data Product, Analytics and Marketing teams to maintain data accuracy and integrity. • Promote and advocate for more secure and efficient data ingestion methods with partners, such as transitioning from email ingestion to real-time API or SFTP. • Revenue Operations Support • Assist Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Business Development teams in resolving data pipeline issues to enhance revenue growth. • Work with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to enable automated reporting processes through advertiser integrations. • Prepare and present regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to senior management. • These reports should include metrics such as the percentage of partners and revenue ingested, as well as other key indicators to evaluate data health and overall performance. • Address queries from various departments, including but not limited to Data Product, Marketing, and Business Development. • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration • Serve as the liaison between partners, internal teams, and senior management. • Ensure effective communication and project updates among all stakeholders using our JIRA process. • This involves coordinating with Sales, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams, and communicating with technical contacts from 3rd party advertisers. • Capable of training internal teams on effectively utilizing these platforms for affiliate marketing. • This involves creating guidelines, best practices, and providing insights to enhance affiliate partnerships. • Advertiser and Technical Team Collaboration • Work closely with advertisers and their technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of data tracking. • Communicate technical requirements and troubleshoot issues with advertiser systems to maintain accurate tracking and reporting. • Ensure all outbound links contain the correct Tracking IDs and verify that sales data feeds include tracking IDs to optimize tracking capabilities. • Skilled in using platforms like Share A Sale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, and Partnerize to maximize partnership opportunities and revenue. This includes setting up programs, tracking performance data, and managing payouts. • Issue Identification and Troubleshooting • Regularly review data projects and partner tracking to identify and correct issues, discrepancies, or wrong implementations. • Collaborate with technical and Paid Marketing teams for timely issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of data. • Fundamental understanding of affiliate marketing and data integration, including working with technical teams such as data engineering. • Familiarity with SFTP, API, Email, and other data ingestion formats, along with an understanding of the integration processes involved. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
